Vietnamese Shrimp Fried Rice

A flavorful Vietnamese shrimp fried rice with umami from oyster sauce and sweetness from Chinese sausage. Perfect for meal prep and ideal for any weeknight dinner.

1: Heat 1 tbsp oil in the wok. Add Chinese sausage. 2: Once the sausage is starting to brown and shrimp is cooked, remove from heat and set aside. 3: In the wok, add 1 tbsp oil and add your beaten eggs. Stir and scramble until fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside. 4: Add 2 tbsp oil to the wok over high heat, add your garlic and onions. Cook until fragrant and add your rice. Break all the rice clumps until it’s completely even. Then add your sauces. 5: Add your frozen veggie mix, Chinese sausage, shrimp, and eggs back. Combine well. 6: Turn off the heat and add green onions and cilantro. 7: Serve hot (with extra sriracha or chili oil for an extra kick!)
